Stupid is as Stupid does

I know I just posted, but I have something else to say.

Where can I buy patience for stupidity? Seriously ... there has to be like a class or something you can take to find the inner idiot in you... so that you can be at piece with other stupid people.

I truly wish i was blessed with this patience, but, alas, I was NOT and it is my BIGGEST pet peeve... which really isn't fair.. cause some people don't try to be stupid, they just are! and i'm not sayin i'm a rocket scientist, but to have to teach a 26 year old how to change a trash bag really raises some questions.

In the last 9 months I've literally met people that hurt my head. That are so mind numbingly stupid that I just don't understand how they function... how do they buy groceries, how do they put gas in their car, how do they make dinner... are they the way they are because they DON"T do these things? that they've had someone cater to them their whole life?

I shouldn't bash so much, but its just how i feel at the moment, Its really frustrating to me, and it shouldn't be. Should I be trying to help these people? to direct them? or is it a lost cause and a dangerous risk for my temper? .....

Riddle Me This

So.. even though I update my blog like, once every 4 months, I read a lot of other peoples blogs... and I've noticed that some people kind of use it as an outlet... so
i'mma try it!!

here's the deal. Is it weird that I'm CRAVING school? even more so that I may actually be craving Rexburg, Idaho?? I don't understand where this came from... but ever since about September, i've had this overwhelming urge to do a homework assignment. I seriously almost enrolled in online courses at community colleges... just so that i could get that fix... never did cause i'm not THAT weird. but thought about it!

So I'm wondering how long this will last? I enrolled in 17 credits for the summer, and I really don't think it will be too much, but i'm kinda hoping this hunger will continue throughout the last couple years of school, so I can GET through those 2 years. who knows, we'll see.

Anyway, that's my post.

Hello Spring, Good bye Tennessee

I can't believe it's March already!

so there are a few updates we need to talk about.

1. Jamie's visit was fantastic! we had so much fun!... we did a LOT of shopping, hit all the "nashville hotspots" and of course saw John Mayer, who was so happy to see us that he cried.... okay he didn't cry for us.. but he DID cry at his concert.. and anyone who would like to hear the story may ask. I won't share my thoughts and obsessions with you for fear that it will expose me to more teasing. Bottom line... it was a WONDERFUL time... and it was much needed!

2. I'm leaving Tennessee! i've been here for almost a year... and it has been a wonderful experience. I really didn't do anything here that i planned on doing. But life is funny that way. I am confident that I was brought to Tennessee for a reason, and now that I've done everything i need to do here, it's time to go home. Some of you may be upset that i'm not pursuing my music career, and that's understandable, but I hope you all realize that it's by choice, not by fear, that i've decided to postpone music. I just think that there are other things that I want to do and I can't spend all my time daydreaming about becoming a country star. And I really don't think i'd enjoy the attention anyway. so that's that

3. I start school in April! It's been such a rollercoaster trying to get back into BYU-I... and though I still have some opinions of what went down 3 years ago... I have to face the fact that I really messed things up for myself. And it's hard to right wrongs. So i've definately had my work cut out for me! I'm still not in the clear yet... I am inrolled, and ready to register, and i've been approved for aide, but i have one more petition to clear before i get my financial aide through the school. Keep your fingers crossed for me :)

That's all i can think of for now! I promise my next post will be picture-filled and there will be some fun stories! ... but i just thought i'd update while i had a few minutes!...

SEE YOU IN IDAHO!!!
